The moment I arrived, the energy was unmistakable — vibrant lighting, creative cocktails, immersive entertainment, and a ship that feels more like a boutique resort than a traditional cruise vessel. Virgin Voyages has always leaned into personality, and the launch event was a perfect preview of what travellers can expect onboard.
Walking through the spaces, I was struck by how relaxed and stylish everything felt. No crowds. No loud announcements. No kids. Just beautifully curated spaces designed for adults who want to unwind, indulge, and explore at their own pace.

And the dining! No standard mass market cruise buffet fare here! In fact, good luck trying to find a buffet.....there isn't one onboard! With over 20 eateries, the dining onboard is perfect for culinary enthusiasts who are looking for restaurant-quality dining and curated dining experiences.
We had the option to select one restaurant onboard so we chose Gunbae, the Korean BBQ restaurant. We were seated with other guests for an intimate and social dinner experience starting with a fun drinking game at the beginning to get everyone ready for the experience.
