Sun Palace is a beautiful resort, perfect for an adult only retreat. ISLA MUJERES PALACE

Much to our dismay, we were unfortunately unable to visit Isla Mujeres Palace during our recent visit. We happened to arrive in Cancun during a monsoon and we couldn't board the ferry to take us to the Isla Mujeres island. So instead, I'll just provide a quick overview of the resort with photos courtesy of Palace Resorts. 

Isla Mujeres (Island of Women) is a small island, once a sanctuary to Ixchel, the Mayan goddess of childbirth and medicine. It is a perfect little piece of island paradise with its scenic views, tranquil beaches and sculptured cliffs. For those who enjoy and relish the beauty and tranquility of Mother Nature will feel at home on Isla Mujeres. Isla Mujeres Palace is a small boutique resort with only 62 rooms, a perfectly intimate haven for couples who want to really relax and get away from the rest of the world!

Visit Isla Mujeres Palace for a cozy little getaway for adults only! Private yacht transfers from the airport to the island are available so that your personal experience with pampered life begins right from the airport. Enjoy the high end design of the resort with luxurious surroundings and personalized service to make you feel like you are the only ones on the island! 

As with all Palace Resorts bookings, you can enjoy the Palace Life and receive Resort Credit with each room booked based on the number of nights booked! For a 5 to 8 night stay (most common), you receive $1500 USD resort credit to use as you please! For a couples only vacation, I would highly recommend a spa visit or two and an upgraded romantic chef's dinner for intimate and relaxing experience. You can also apply resort credits for exciting experiences including golf at Moon Palace, diving excursions at Cozumel and local city and Mayan Ruins tours. Stay at any Palace Resort and play at all the others for no additional fee! It's a great way to enjoy all the different areas of Cancun and the Riviera Maya without spending extra!
